It’s made the old-fashioned way—by hand and in small batches—by our neighbors a few towns over since 1824. It has a distinctly smooth texture and a sweet buttery flavor that falls between cheddar and colby—only it’s creamier and melts even better. We’re offering three varieties: garlic chive, naturally smoked garlic, and muffuletta with fresh garlic, black olives, and pimento.
