Mulled cider may sound fancy and a little fussy but in reality, it’s as easy as boiling a pot of water! In fact, gathering the array of spices and citrusβstar anise, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and orange peelβis the hardest task. These packets are filled with the freshest spices in the perfect ratio to make a delicious pot of cider. Just place the contents of one packet in a square of cheesecloth (tie it up with some kitchen twine) or a tea ball and place it in a saucepan. Add about 30 oz. of apple cider and simmer for about one hour. We also like to make it in a crockpot on low. Your house will smell divine!
